UniCheck ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
When you create an account, we collect your email address. To sync your university assessments, we store a Canvas access token that you provide. We also store your assessment and grade data retrieved from Canvas so the app can display it to you.
Your email is used solely to authenticate your account. Your Canvas token is used to fetch your assessments and grades from your university's Canvas system. Your data is never sold to third parties and is never used for advertising purposes.
When you use the AI chat feature, your messages and relevant assessment context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
The app uses the following third party services: Supabase for authentication and data storage, RevenueCat for managing subscriptions, and Anthropic for AI responses. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed from our systems.
